Week #10 : Hard at work

We've split our time between the Innovation Project and the Robot Game. It's starting to really feel like crunch time.

Innovation Project Ideas

Wheelchair Treadmill / Trainer has come along nicely. We have made a model and have shared our idea with some heath care professionals for feedback.

Missions 02, 09, 11, 12 and 06

The step counter (02) mission solution has been changed. The team found some videos on YouTube that really helped them understand how this mission model worked. With that we've gotten this mission in a good place. We saved over 30 seconds of time in mission run time.

Our run 3 had missions (06, 09, 11 and 12) included in it. We decided to simplify it by only focusing on the missions close to the launch area (travel under push up bar (06), carry payload cubes to the bocci frame (08) and finish in the dance floor (07)). The missions at the east side of the field; treadmill (11), rowing machine (12) and Weight machine (13) posed too many difficulties to solve. We found that the solution for these 3 missions required engineering changes predominantly in the Robot design to solve. So we have decided to cut our loses and remove them from our run. Working on these missions was a good learning experience and may be revisited.
